Laos - New vs Old

This photo of Laos was taken by my friend, Nicole, when she was there this year. It shows a great contrast between the old Laos (across the river) and the modern Laos (a hotel pool).

    Old and new, everything looks great! I love that tree-covered rock — what's it called, the remaining tip of old volcanoes? Whatever, it's fantastic!
