For a sleepyhead like me, it is a rare chance to find me awake at wee hour of the morning on a weekend. Today is an exception.
My alarm went off at 5.45am to wake me up for the MPSJ 10km Run. I have signed up to join the 7km run with some neighbours. Although I didn't finish the run within the 45-mins given, I felt good that I spent my Sunday healthily!! My legs are now aching from all the running and climbing that I did this weekend.
