Stinky Beans






We saw these rows of Petai, also known as Stinky Beans on display at the stalls along the main street of Bidor town. What came to mind instantly was Sambal Petai (Stinky Beans Stir Fry with Chilli Paste)!! Yummy! Stinky Bean is an acquired taste. Some like its crunchy bite but some detest it for its smell. Try it if you come across it! You may learn to like it!
