Incredible shot--the flowers, her expression, the bike. Wonderful.

Beautiful composition and street scene. She seems to have wings of color.

Do you think the somber look on this lady's face is in hopes that the photographer will move out of the way? It's an awesome shot, and a neat scene. I've never seen a flower "peddler" like this one. ;)

Merry Christmas to all! May peace transcends to all! There are many interesting scenes on the streets of Hanoi for photographers. But one must be quick to capture the people and actions. Sometimes I would get nasty glance from the people for taking their photos. And sometimes rewarded by a warm smile and a wave of hand as a gesture of thanks.

I've never seen so many flowers on a single bicycle before. Even in India, cycles are often overloaded, but alas never with flowers. Well captured.

This is a fantastic photo. It's an expressive portrait and a lovely view into a culture.

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
