Peanuts Seller

Boiled groundnuts is one of my favourite snacks. Saw this man selling them while I was in my hometown, Melaka.
What are your favourite snacks?

Another scene of groundnut seller can be seen at Bangalore Daily Photo.

Added on 26 March 2008: Found Bogor Daily featured a Kacang Bogor Photo.

Here in Mumbai, the boiled groundnut and water chestnut seller is a common sight.
I love eating both of them.

I agree with Kate, that's an excellent picture! I love your pictures of the curries from a few days ago as well, they made my mouth water!

Thanks for visiting Glasgow Daily Photo!

Hi JC,

Love your everyday scenes that include humans :) I should do more with people too.

Thanks for stopping by Rotterdam DP recently. I have taken a lot of photo's from the car recently (while my husband was driving). I try not to get the windscreen or the hood in the way too obvious, but it also depends on the sun.

YUM! I love peanuts. Have you ever had them boiled?

I boil the peanuts for soup. But now with skin like this as snack. Too much of work. Ha ha...so whenever I see such peanut sellers, I would buy from them. Yum, yum! And healthy too!
