Kitty Taking A Rest

An attempt to capture bokeh and successful animal shot during our recent photography outing in Brickfields. They say you must get the eyes of the animal to make the shot beautiful! Sigh! The cat doesn't even want to look at me, what more my lens!! But the bokeh worked!

The eye is important but there is a lot more to photography than cameras and eyes. It is in "your" eyes and your mind that pictures are conceived.

This little kitten looks tired, hungry and abandoned. I hope you gave it some food and a pat on the back. It must have been a tough day for the kitty. He looks worn out.

Poor cat..... I know this is not about the cat, but the photographing, but I just cannot help but feel so sorry for that poor cat....that heavy traffic...how is she going to get away with all the difficulties in life?

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
