Barbados Cherry

A ripe Barbados Cherry in my garden! This cherry is very sour but it has a rich content of Vitamin C. A very nice ornamental plant for my garden.

I was going to say, this looks good enough to eat...but maybe not, huh?

Sure is pretty though. Nice shot!

We have Barbados Cherry in south Florida. The ones we grow now are sweet and really good. Find a nursery that grows fruit trees and you might fine the sweet Barbados cherry. It's one of my favorites.
