ABC Wednesday - 'A' is for All The Blessings

'A' is for All the Blessings that I received in conjunction of my birthday!!
I thank the Buddha, my family and friends who sent me these blessings!

I am glad to share with all of you here the blessings
that I enjoyed and will always be grateful for.

The blessing of a beloved, happy and harmonious family!
I pray they will always be blessed with joy, peace and love.
This photo was taken during my birthday celebration with my family back home in Melaka.

To have a bunch of precious, good, old friends with me
sitting around a pot of hot steaming soup and cooking away our dinner!
What else can I ask for?

Catching the latest Harry Potter movie with my old buddies.

To have the teachings of the Buddha to guide me through my life.
I organized a lunch dana at Subang Jaya Buddhist Association yesterday and was glad to have some friends to join me in offering the dana to Sangha members.

The birthday greeting cards, flowers and gifts that I received.

The shower of blessings from above! The rain has finally arrived!
And this time it rained for over 4 hours! What a great blessing!
It washed away the haze and lowered the temperature!

To have so many yummy birthday cakes for my birthday!

Receiving countless of sms-es and calls from friends and family with warm birthday wishes!

Spending the evening learning the Dharma through hymns-singing with a group of undergraduates from my Alma Mater.

Ending the day with some delicious satay at Bandar Baru Bangi's Hj. Samuri Sate!

I am so grateful to have all these blessings for my birthday!!!
Now I wish everyday is my birthday!
Ha ha ha.......

ABC Wednesday is now into Round 5 and 3rd year of its running! For more posting on ABC Wednesday, drop by its link!!!

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
