ABC Wednesday - 'H' is for Herbal Remedy

'H' stands for Herbal Remedy. That's what I would go for whenever I feel like I am going to be down with a sore throat or flu. This photo shows a herbal jelly that I could usually get from Chinese herbal shop. It's usually eaten with honey or syrup to reduce its bitter flavour. It's one remedy that I can always rely on!!

Do you take herbal remedy?

Hello, Great choice for H. I drink lots of herbal tea with lemon when I feel sick.

the pot is pretty but the tea itself is quite vivid. I have it occasionally.

It looks Horrid!

Herbal remedies can be very useful. I take Echinacea when I have a cold. Also, lemon and ginger tea!

Hahaha, it reminded me of when I was much younger and mom used to force me to drink this bitter herbal tea. I need to take it with some sour plums...lol. Nice memories.
