Pink Charity Run 2012 (Klang)

Bought my new camera, a Canon EOS 650D at KL Photography Festival.  I was so excited to test out the camera and what better way than to bring it out with me to the Pink Charity Run 2012, held at Harbour Place, Klang.  October, being the month of Breast Cancer awareness.  Many organizations are taking the lead to create awareness in the public about Breast Cancer and to raise fund for Breast Cancer Welfare Association, shortly known as BCWA.  I am glad to see not only women joining the run this morning, but also men and children.  It rained in Klang last night, thus we were blessed with a cool, fresh morning for our run. Here are some photos taken with my new camera and I am impressed with the 50mm f1.8 lens that I used to take this photos. I am embarking on my DSLR journey and do look forward to more of my adventures with this camera!

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
