Kerang, Sotong & Kangkung
Kerang, Sotong & Kangkung - those are Cockles, Cuttlefish & Water Convolvulus. These are popular food at our local hawker stall. The cockles are usually blanch quickly in boiling water and eaten semi-rare, where the red juice is still flowing. Many who loves cockles enjoy it that way. The Cuttlefish and Kangkung are served with chilly sauce, prawn paste, ground peanuts and a squeeze of lime. Unfortunately for me, I only know how to enjoy the Kangkung, but not the Cuttlefish nor the Cockles. However, that is good enough for me!!! Yum, Yum!!! Extra squeeze of lime, please!

And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
