Portuguese Grilled Fish

If Kerang, Sotong & Kangkung are not your kinda food, how about some yummy spicy grilled stingray? Yup, this is one of my favourites hawker stalls in Asia Cafe Hawker Centre, located at SS15 of Subang Jaya.

The grilled stingray came wrapped in banana leaf and was grilled with some spicy chilly paste. Vegetables such as smelly bean (petai), long bean or ladies finger are added, subject to what is available on that day! The fish goes very well with a warm bowl of white rice! Yum, yum!!

I like the picture - but I'll leave the fish to you, as I'm vegetarian! :)

OMG, you are making me hungry, JC. I still remembered the portugese fish I had at Mahkota Hotel. It is very yummy and I still remembered the taste. lol.

must be very delicious.
two last photos reminds me of the beginning of movie 'blade runner'.

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
