The drum beat from a lion dance attracted me this morning to a nearby temple that was having a lion dance performance. I was fortunate to catch 2 lions in action! When I was a child, I used to chase after lion dance performers whenever I heard their drum beats. We even had our own lion dances using Mom's blanket and my brothers would be beating the drums, while my sister and I would be hiding under the blanket and swaying away!
Those are my childhood days!
