Serene Sandakan

This is a beautiful scene of Sandakan! I was away for 2 days work in Sabah and not able to post any photos.

It was my first visit to this state located on the East of Malaysia. The people are so friendly there. The nature ~ beach, greens and air are so welcoming and refreshing, compared to what we have in Subang Jaya right now. I wish our stay was longer but anyhow, this trip gave me a motivation to visit Sabah again! The next time would be all leisure and no work!!!

Have you been to Sabah? What do you like there?

I have been to Sabah a few times!

Been there to climb Mt KK, and the Kinabalu Park, which is a UNESCO Heritage site!

Been to Tunku Abdul Rahman Nature Park, which is a beautiful place.

Been to Sandakan too.

And also Turtle Island!!

"Use your first smile, your first form of generosity, of love, of kindness—use it at home; start at home. And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
