Patriotic Runners



At the NTV7 Feel Good Run, we saw this pair of Father and Son team who donned costumes with the designs of Malaysian flag on them! Isn't it fun? And how patriotic of them!

Feel Good Run



A fun way to spend a Sunday morning is to wake up early and join a running event. This is a run organized by our local TV channel, NTV7 in July. We ran for 5km around Bandar Utama. The big building ahead of us is the One Utama Shopping Mall.
