Hot, Hot, Hot

The fiery, red colour chilly is a reflection of how this plate of chicken tasted like ~ hot, hot, hot!
This is the Sichuan La Zhi Ji (Sichuan Spicy Chicken) served at Sunway Pyramid's iDragon Restaurant. This restaurant serves Sichuan & Shanghai cuisines. The La Zhi Ji that I tried here is very close in taste to the one I had in China. Do have a few glasses of iced Coke on standby to help put out the fire burning your tongue after eating this! :oP
Do you like spicy food? Is Sichuan food one of your favourites?

I love spicy food. I have even survived the infamous ‘dynamite sauce’ of the beef vindaloo at the Taste of India here in Hobart.

This dish looks fantastic, partly no doubt to the chef, and a great deal due to the talented photographer!

Yummy! Yes, iced cold Coke on the standby is necessary indeed.

And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
