Coconut Stall

Coconut water is the best way to quench one's thirst. It's refreshing to gulp a big glass of cool coconut water on a scorching afternoon! Or we locals would say, it helps to to keep the body cool! It is just like sports drink, coconut water has electrolytes that helps replenish lost body fluids during rigorous activities. It is also very rich in potassium, a lot higher than the content of a sports drink. Another great benefits, it also promotes weight loss and detoxifies.

Based on my recent encounter with the life-threatening dengue fever, I discovered that drinking coconut water also boost body immune system and helps in fighting virus. With its many benefits, paying RM2.50 (equivalent to USD1.30) for each coconut, isn't this a very affordable way to good health?

Me too!! The other day I saw a brand new drink in little cartons: coconut water with some strange flavors like mandarine or mango. I'd much rather have the real thing. They sell them like this in Chinatown and also in the Latinos neighborhood.

I didn't know that coconut water was that good for you! I like to buy the fresh pieces of coconut vendors often sell.

Yummy, I love coconut drink too. This fresh coconut drink is definitely better than the canned one.

And if there is something left over—if … your plate is just full of abundance of patience and goodness and smiles and joy, then by all means, you should go … and offer that to others. But we must begin at home." by Dr Robin Smith
